Yoga Classes & Workshops
If you’ve ever wanted to try a yoga class or have had a break from yoga and want to re-start your practice, my Vinyasa yoga classes and Workshops held near Buntingford in Hertfordshire are perfect for you. I welcome all ages and abilities, teaching a series of postures that combine breath with movement to improve strength and flexibility. There is no ego in yoga, it is intended to promote physical and mental well-being at a pace that suits you. Classes can be block booked or Pay As You Go.
Reiki Healing
The Japanese word ‘Reiki’ literally translates as universal life force energy. It is a non-invasive complementary therapy that works alongside orthodox healthcare and natural remedies, expanding treatment options. It may be used safely on people of all ages including the elderly and children. Experience the powerful healing energy of Reiki through my in-person or distance healing sessions. I offer a FREE Consultation before commencing any Reiki Treatment
Astrology Readings
Astrology can be defined as the study of the relationships which appear to exist between events and experiences on earth and the movements of planets in the sky. An astrological reading of a birth chart can reveal a detailed picture of a person’s character, potential, relationships, family life and career and is completely unique. I offer one-to-one birth chart readings as well as written birth chart interpretations I also offer Astrological Workshops based in Hertfordshire.
About Kamakosha Wellness
Founded in 2020, Kamakosha was started by Josie Rogers in Buntingford, Hertfordshire. A qualified Vinyasa Yoga teacher and Astrologist, Josie also has an interest in complementary therapies and, having had positive experiences herself, took the opportunity to study Reiki and gain her Level 1 and Level 2 Practitioner qualifications. In combining the three philosophies of Yoga, Reiki & Astrology, Kamakosha Wellness was born.
